摘  要:川西气田深井腐蚀的主要影响因素是CO2腐蚀,气井产水是气井管柱腐蚀的先决条件,温度和压力影响CO2对油管金属的腐蚀最为严重.模拟表明气井管柱腐蚀速率随PCO2增加而增加,在温度60℃~90℃区间腐蚀速率最快.针对油套管腐蚀和破损变形易出现井下复杂事故、影响气井寿命、降低经济效益等问题,对油套管腐蚀和破损变形监测技术显得极为重要,文中分析了多臂井径测井技术对油套管监测是有效可行性和先进性,并在现场取得成功.油套管监测技术对气井采气管柱腐蚀监测、维护、减少井下管柱断落事故的发生及延长气井寿命有着积极的作用.The main factor in deep corrosion of western Sichuan gas field is CO2 corrosion, and the gas producing water is a prerequisite for wells column corrosion. Temperature and pressure of CO2 is the most serious effect of corrosion to the metal tubing. Simulation showed that the corrosion rate of the column proportional with the PCO2, and the corrosion rate fastest when temperature range of 60℃- 90℃. Oil casing corrosion and deformation damage may prone complex underground accident, affecting gas well life, reduce economic and cause other issues, so it is very important to supervise the corrosion and deformation damage of oil casing. This paper analysis the multi-armed caliper logging technology is feasible and advancement, and success in the field. Supervise technology of oil casing has a positive effect to supervise the corrosion of gas production column, maintenance and reduce the occurrence of downhole string broken off accidents, and extend well life.
