摘　　要：针对目前新型压裂液:碱性胍胶压裂液、清洁压裂液及聚合物压裂液等在配制过程中对添加剂添加的时机有特殊的要求,同时需要相对较长时间的搅拌才能够达到最佳性能,设计出盘管,让压裂液流动较长时间,使粘度得到自然增长。设备简单易行,不影响配液进度。In view of the present new fracturing fluids： alkaline guar gum fracturing fluid, clean fracturing fluid and polymer fracturing fluid system , which need to add additives in the mixing time have special requirements, and requires relatively stirring lung time to achieve the best properties. Design a coil, let the fracturing fluid to flow over a long period of time, so that the viscosity growth naturally. The equipment is simple, do not delay the liquid mixing progress.
