摘  要:采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了镍铁合金中杂质元素。镍铁中磷检出限为0.000 9μg/mL,锰检出限为0.003μg/mL,硅、铬和钴检出限均为0.002μg/mL,铜检出限为0.001μg/mL。采用基体匹配与背景扣除法消除基体对待测元素的光谱干扰,确定了最佳试验条件。方法已成功地应用于镍铁中多元素的测定,试验证明,本方法简便、快速、准确,分析结果满意。A method for simultaneous determination of P, Si, Cu, Co, Or and Mn in Ni-Fe alloy was developed with Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry. The detection limit of P is 0. 000 9μg/mL, the detec- tion limits of Si Or and Co are 0. 002μg/mL, the detection limit of Mn is 0. 003μg/mL and Cu is O. 001μg/mL. Spectral interference of matrix on the determined elements is eliminated by matrix matching and background subtraction, to set up optimal experimental condition. As a simple, rapid, and accurate method, it has been used in determining impurity elements in Ni-Fe alloy with satisfactory results.
