蒿芩清胆汤对湿热型流感病毒性肺炎患者的疗效及免疫指标与NF-κB水平分析

摘　　要：目的探讨蒿芩清胆汤在临床中对湿热型流感病毒性肺炎的疗效及对其免疫指标和NF-κB水平分析,以期寻找到蒿芩清胆汤的临床作用机制,以调节患者免疫功能。方法选择2011年6月-2012年6月39例流感病毒型肺炎患者,随机分成观察组21例、对照组18例,两组均接受常规治疗的基础上,观察组患者加用蒿芩清胆汤,测定治疗前和治疗一周后两组患者的免疫指标和NF-κB水平,采用SPSS19.0进行统计分析。结果治疗总有效率观察组为95.2%,对照组为83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CD3+和CD4+水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的NF-κB水平显著低于对照组患者的NF-κB水平(P<0.05)。结论蒿芩清胆汤对湿热型流感病毒性肺炎患者的疗效显著,探讨其可能的作用机制,调节患者的免疫功能、抑制NF-κB的表达、进而减少患者下游炎症因子的分泌,从而阻断患者的炎症反应。OBJECTIVE To investigate efficacy of Haoqinqingdan decoction for damp influenza viral pneumonia and analyze immune parameters and NF‐κB levels in the patients in order to reveal clinical action mechanism of Haoqin‐qingdan decoction so as to regulate patient immune function .METHODS Totally 39 patients with influenza viral pneumonia during Jun .2011 to Jun .2012 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups ,namely ,the obser‐vation group （n=21） and the control group （n=18） .All the patients underwent conventional treatment ,while the observation group received additional administration of Haoqinqingdan decoction .The two groups were meas‐ured for immune parameters and NF‐κB levels before treatment and one week after the treatment .The software SPSS19 .0 was used for statistical analysis .RESULTS The total effective rate was 95 .2% in the observation group and 83 .3% in the control group ,with significant difference （P＆lt;0 .05） .CD3 ＋ and CD4 ＋ levels were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group （P＆lt;0 .05） .The NF‐κB levels were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group （P＆lt;0 .05） .CONCLUSION Haoqinqingdan decoc‐tion had significant effect on damp influenza viral pneumonia ,its possible mechanism of action could be regulation of the patient′s immune function ,inhibition of NF‐κB expression ,thereby reducing secretion of downstream inflammatory cytokine ,thus blocking off inflammation in patients .
