脑梗死患者幽门螺杆菌感染血液流变学分析

摘　　要：目的探究脑梗死患者感染不同类型幽门螺杆菌(Hp)后凝血功能以及血液流变的变化,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取2011年3月-2013年5月98例脑梗死患者进行Hp分型检测,根据感染类型将患者分为A、B、C 3组,分别为Ⅰ型Hp感染组51例、Ⅱ型Hp感染组29例、Hp抗体阴性组18例,观察并比较各组患者凝血功能以及血流变情况,采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果 A、B、C组患者的血细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积、血浆黏度分别为(1.01±0.01、0.82±0.02、0.53±0.03)、(7.45±0.32、7.45±0.32、5.46±0.65)、(0.56±0.02、0.46±0.04、0.41±0.01)L/L、(1.50±0.11、1.32±0.43、1.11±0.12),各指标相比下,A组>B组>C组;3组患者其血浆纤维蛋白原比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同的Hp感染类型的脑梗死患者的血液流变学具有差异性,应分型区别对待。OBJECTIVE To explore the blood clotting function and hemorrheology of patients with cerebral infarc‐tion after infected by different types of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） ,so as to provide the evidence for clinical treat‐ment .METHODS Hp type testing was adopted to 98 patients with cerebral infarction from Mar .2011 to May 2013 .Then ,the patients were divided into three groups according to type of Hp infected ：group A infected by type I Hp （n=51） and group B infected by type Ⅱ Hp （n=29） .Patients with negative Hp antibody infection （n=18） were served as controls （group C） .Blood rheology and blood clotting function of the patients among groups were compared .SPSS 17 .0 was adopted to conduct a statistical analysis .RESULTS The blood cell deformability index , erythrocyte aggregation index ,hematokrit ,plasma viscosity in group A ,B ,C were respectively （1 .01 ± 0 .01 vs 0.82±0.02vs0.53±0.03）,（7.45±0.32vs7.45±0.32vs5.46±0.65）,（0.56±0.02vs0.46±0.04vs0.41 ± 0 .01）L/L ,（1 .50 ± 0 .11 vs 1 .32 ± 0 .43 vs 1 .11 ± 0 .12） Compared the indexes ,A＆gt;B＆gt;C ,so that the differ‐ence of plasma fibrinogen were significant （P＆lt;0 .05） .CONCLUSION The blood rheology ,which is different in cerebral infarction patients infected by different types of Hp ,should be treated differently .
