预防老年患者腹部术后肺部感染的综合护理管理

摘　　要：目的：探讨预防老年患者腹部术后肺部感染的管理，以降低老年患者腹部手术后肺部感染的发生率。方法收集2011年6月－2013年6月在医院进行腹部手术的老年患者180例，根据护理方法的不同，随机分为普通护理组及护理干预组，各90例，普通护理组和护理干预组均进行普通护理，护理干预组患者再进行预防肺部感染的护理，采用SPSS17．0进行统计分析。结果第1～5天排痰量普通护理组分别为（13．55±2．42）、（17．92±2．87）、（19．47±2．98）、（24．58±3．54）、（28．48±3．69）m l；护理干预组分别为（19．43±2．87）、（23．58±3．32）、（24．84±3．45）、（31．47±4．33）、（35．84±4．65）m l ，护理干预组每日排痰量均显著性多于普通护理组（ P＜0．05）。结论肺部感染为腹部手术常见并发症，对腹部手术老年患者术前和术后进行综合呼吸道护理可降低患者肺部感染发生率。OBJECTIVE To study the management of prevention of lung infection after abdominal operation in elder‐ly patients ,so as to reduce the lung infection rate after abdominal operation .METHODS Totally 180 elderly pa‐tients who received abdominal operation during Jun .2011 to Jun .2013 were enrolled and divided into the general nursing group and the nursing intervention group according to the methods of nursing with 90 patients in each group .Both groups received general nursing ,while the nursing intervention group was given additional nursing for prevention of lung infection .The software SPSS17 .0 was used for statistical analysis .RESULTS The sputum vol‐ume at 1~5 days were （13 .55 ± 2 .42）ml ,（17 .92 ± 2 .87） ml ,（19 .47 ± 2 .98） ml ,（24 .58 ± 3 .54）ml ,（28 .48 ± 3 .69） ml in the general nursing group ,and （19 .43 ± 2 .87） ml ,（23 .58 ± 3 .32） ml ,（24 .84 ± 3 .45）ml ,（31 .47 ± 4 .33） ml ,（35 .84 ± 4 .65） ml in the nursing intervention group .The sputum volume in the nursing intervention group was significantly more than that in the general nursing group （P＆lt;0 .05） .CONCLUSION Lung infection is a common complication for abdominal operation .Comprehensive respiratory tract nursing before and after abdominal operation is effective in reducing the rate of lung infection .
