紫外光核黄素诱导角膜交联治疗感染性角膜炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究应用紫外光核黄素诱导角膜交联治疗感染性角膜炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2010年1月-2013年1月入院诊治的感染性角膜炎患者73例,感染性角膜炎87只眼,将所有患者随机分为试验组44只眼和对照组43只眼;试验组患者应用紫外光核黄素诱导角膜交联治疗感染性角膜炎,对照组应用常规药物治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果、视力预后,采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果试验组中痊愈13只眼,好转22只眼,总有效79.55%;对照组痊愈8只眼,好转20只眼,总有效率为65.12%;两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后视力在0.6以上者占43.18%,1.0以上者占18.18%;对照组分别占30.23%、9.31%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用紫外光核黄素诱导角膜交联治疗感染性角膜炎的疗效显著,患者视力显著提高,可为临床诊治提供一定的参考。OBJECTIVE To study the clinical efficacy of UV riboflavin‐induced corneal crosslinking treatment for in‐fective keratitis ,so as to provide reference for clinical data .METHODS Totally 73 patients （87 eyes） with infec‐tive keratitis admitted in hospital during Jan .2010-Jan .2013 were enrolled and randomly divided into the experi‐mental group （44 eyes） and the control group （43 eyes） .The experimental group received riboflavin UV‐induced corneal crosslinking treatment while the control group received conventional drug therapy .The therapeutic effects and visual prognosis were observed in the two groups .The software SPSS17 .0 was used for statistical analysis . RESULTS In the experimental group ,13 eyes were cured ,22 improved ,the total effective rate 79 .55% .In the control group ,8 eyes were cured ,20 improved ,the total effective rate 65 .12% ;the difference was significant （P＆lt;0 .05） .Patients with visual acuity of over 0 .6 and over 1 .0 accounted for 43 .18% and 18 .18% in the experi‐mental group , and 30 .23% , 9 .31% in the control group ;the difference was significant （ P ＆lt; 0 .05 ） . CONCLUSION UV riboflavin‐induced corneal crosslinking treatment for infective keratitis has significant effect , and patient visual acuity is improved significantly ,which can provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment .
