心理干预对预防手术切口感染效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对预防手术切口感染的临床护理效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取医院普外科于2010年1月-2013年5月收治的300例外科手术患者作为临床研究对象,按照单双号分组的方式随机分为观察组与对照组,各150例;对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行心理干预,对比两组患者的切口愈合与感染率及患者的护理满意度,采用SPSS19.0进行统计分析。结果患者的甲级愈合率观察组为85.33%、对照组为67.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者的切口感染率观察组为3.33%、对照组为18.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心理干预对于预防手术切口感染的临床护理十分有效,可以促进手术切口的愈合,降低手术切口感染的发生率,同时可以提高患者对护理的满意度。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on clinical care for prevention of sur‐gical wound infections .METHODS Totally 300 patients undergoing surgical procedures in the general surgery de‐partment in the hospital in Jan .2010 to May 2013 were enrolled as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the method of random odd and even numbers ,the observation group and the control group with 150 patients in each group .The control group was treated with routine care ,while the observation group received psy‐chological intervention based on routine care .The two groups of patients were compared for wound healing ,infec‐tion status and satisfaction for nursing care .The software SPSS19 .0 was used for statistical analysis .RESULTS The grade A healing rate was 85 .33% in the observation group and 67 .33% in the control group ,with statistical significance （P＆lt;0 .01） .The wound infection rate was 3 .33% in observation group and 18 .00% in the control group ,with statistical significance （P＆lt; 0 .01） .CONCLUSION Psychological intervention for the prevention of surgical wound infection is very effective ,which can promote the healing of surgical incisions ,reduce the incidence of surgical wound infections ,and improve patient satisfaction for nursing care .
