电针对急性心肌缺血大鼠血浆中ET、NO和CGRP含量的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察电针双侧“内关 间使”穴对急性实验性心肌缺血大鼠血浆中内皮素 (ET)、一氧化氮 (NO)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)含量的影响 ,探讨针刺改善急性心肌缺血及心包经穴与心脏相关联系的机制。方法 :结扎冠状动脉前降支造成心肌缺血 ,血浆中的ET和CGRP含量用放射免疫方法测定 ,NO含量用硝酸还原酶法测定。结果 :急性心肌缺血大鼠血浆中ET含量明显降低 ,NO含量显著升高 ;电针“内关 间使”穴后血浆ET含量显著升高 ,NO含量显著下降 ,大鼠急性心肌缺血及电针“内关 间使”穴对血浆CGRP含量没有明显影响。结论 :ET和NO可能参与电针改善心肌缺血的作用以及心包经穴与心脏相关联系。Objective To observe effects of electroacupuncture at bilateral “Neiguan Jianshi” points on plasma contents of endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO) and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in the rat of acute experimental myocardial ischemia for probing into mechanisms of acupuncture improving acute myocardial ischemia and correlative connection of points on The Pericardium Meridian with the heart.Methods Myocardial ischemia was produced by ligation of the descending anterior branch of the coronary artery,and plasma contents of ET and CGRP were determined by radioimmunoassay and NO by method of nitrate reductase.Results Plasma ET content decreased and NO level increased significantly in the rat of acute myocardial ischemia;After electroacupuncturev at “Neiguan Jianshi” points,plasma ET content increased and NO content decreased significantly;and acute myocardial ischemia and electroacupuncture at “Neiguan Jianshi” points did not have significant effect on plasma CGRP content.Conclusion ET and NO are possibly involved in electroacupuncture improving acute myocardial ischemia and the correlative connection of The Pericardium Meridian with the heart.
