摘　　要：随着劳动力市场的转型和改革的继续发展,近年来国内劳动经济理论研究的热点,集中在收入分配状况及差异、劳动与资本的份额问题、人力资本分布及流动、产业结构调整和劳动力市场改革等。通过对最新研究的梳理,为劳动力市场转型提供更丰富和深入的研究成果和经验,加快解决劳动力市场本身诟病,以期为加快我国经济转型和促进经济进一步发展提供更为广阔的思路。Along with the labor market transition and continue development of reform, in recent years, the situation of income gap, the share of labor and capital, human capital and its flow, industrial structure adjustment and labor market reform have become hotspots of research. Through reviewing the latest development of research on theory and application of labor economy, the paper tries to provide achievements and experience, and solutions to problems, so as to provide a broader thinking for economic transition and further development of China.
