综合护理对进展性缺血性脑卒中血清基质金属蛋白酶-9及胱抑素C影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理对进展性缺血性脑卒中(PIS)护理后血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平及治疗效果影响。方法:收集急性缺血性脑卒中患者68例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各34例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理包括舒适护理、早期康复等,并在患者入院后第3、7、14天测定两组患者血清金属蛋白酶-9及胱抑素C的水平进行比较。结果:与对照组相比,观察组入院后第7、14天患者MMP-9及Cys-C水平显著下降;观察组患者住院时间为(15.5±2.8)d对照组患者住院时间为(18.5±3.2)d观察组患者住院时间显著短于对照组。结论:对进展性缺血性脑卒中采取综合护理有利于降低患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9及胱抑素C水平,缩短住院时间,减少并发症,有利于患者康复。Objective：To investigate the correlation between the comprehensive nursing progress on ischemic stroke （PIS） nursing after serum matrix metalloproteinases 9 （MMP 9） and （inhibition C （Cys - C） level and the treatment effects.Methods：To collect 68 patients with acute ischemic stroke as the research object, 34 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group given conventional nursing, the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing care giving early comprehensive nursing care including comfortable nursing, rehabilitation, etc., and in patients after admission, 3, 7, 14 days, the determination of serum levels of matrix metalloproteinases 9 and two 2 groups of patients in inhibition of C level were compared.Results：Compared with control group, the observation group of patients with 7 days, 14 days after admission MMP - 9 and Cys - C level decreased signiifcantly; Observation group of patients in hospital time was （15.5±2.8） d control patients hospitalized for observation group of patients （18.5 ± 3.2） d hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group.Conclusion：the comprehensive progress of ischemic cerebral apoplexy taking care to patients with lower serum levels of matrix metalloproteinases 9 urinary inhibition and C level, shorten hospitalization time, reduce the complications, is beneifcial to patients recovery.
