摘　　要：目的:将真空试管和采血袋连接为一体,防止献血过程中标本留取错误,确保标本与血袋血液同源。方法:用真空留样器将真空试管和血袋连接为一体,在试管及血袋、血袋辫样等处粘贴血袋码,血袋码与献血时的血源码形成"用户名和密码"的关系,实现实时再核对,保证标本留取和各标签标识正确。结果:实现标本管与血袋血液同源,在标本交接和检验结果发布、血液交接和出入库等环节用血袋码和血源码再核对,从技术层面保障血液安全。结论:连接采血袋和真空试管的装置,能够彻底消除采血中可能导致留样出错的隐患,保证同一献血者的血袋(含原袋和转移袋)和标本管一一对应,保证标识的可追溯性。Objective：Vacuum tube and a blood sampling bag are connected into a whole, prevent the specimens collected during blood donation process error, ensure that the samples and blood homologousblood bag.Methods：Using vacuum left injector vacuum tube and blood bags are connected as a whole, in a test tube, and blood bags, blood bags etc. paste a braid like blood bag code, blood bag code and when blood blood code form ＆quot;relationship between the username and password＆quot;, then check to ensure the realization of real time, collecting samples and each tag mark the correct.Results：The implementation ofsample tube and the blood bag blood homology, results were releasedin the interchange and inspection, blood transfer and out of storage and other links with the blood bag and then check the blood source code,from the technical level to guarantee the safety of blood.Conclusion： The device is connected with the blood collecting bag and vacuum tube,can thoroughly eliminate the hidden trouble of retention sample errormay result in blood collection, guarantee of the same donors （including the original blood bag bag and transfer bag） and the specimen tube one one corresponding guarantee identiifcation, traceability.
