不同环境温度刺激下麻黄-桂枝药对效应成分发汗作用的研究

摘　　要：目的考察环境温度对麻黄-桂枝药对效应成分发汗作用的影响。方法根据实验目的将大鼠分为生理盐水对照组和麻黄-桂枝原煎液组、生物碱组、挥发油组、生物碱+挥发油组,每组10只。分别灌胃(ig)给予大鼠生理盐水和各剂量供试药,给药30 min后通过大鼠足跖汗液分泌着色法,观察供试药在不同环境温度(15、25、35、45℃)刺激下对正常大鼠足跖汗液分泌的影响。给药1 h后,处死大鼠,切取腋窝部皮肤,常规方法制备病理切片,HE染色,选取10条代表性的汗腺导管测量内径。冰台开颅取脑,分离下丘脑组织,测定PGE2含量和COX活性。结果低温(15℃)和常温(25℃)环境下,生物碱并无明显的发汗作用,原煎液组、挥发油组和挥发油+生物碱组均具有明显的发汗作用。高温环境(35、45℃)下,麻黄–桂枝原煎液及效应成分均可促进大鼠发汗。结论环境温度可以影响麻黄–桂枝药对及其效应成分的发汗作用。Objective Study on the effects of ambient temperature on drug Herba ephedrae-ramulus cinnamomi composition effects of transpiration. Methods According to purposes rats were divided into sa line control group,herba ephedrae-ramulus cinnamomi original decoctions group,alkaloid group,essential oil group,group of alkaloids ＋ essential oils,10 per group. Gavage respectively（IG） for drug saline and experiment with different doses in rats.30 min later,by rat paw sweat secretion coloring,observed drug tested at different ambient temperatures（15, 25, 35, 45 deg c） stimulation of normal rat paw sweat secretion.1h later,kill the rat,take excision of axillary skin,conventional methods preparation of pathological sections,HE dyed,select 10 representative measurement of sweat ducts diameter.Ice brain craniotomy, separate hypothalamus, determinate PGE2 and COX activity. Results In Low temperature（15℃） and ambient temperature（25℃） environment, the alkaloids have no significant role in sweating, the original solution groups, essential oils and essential oil ＋ alkaloid group has significant role in transpiration.In high temperature（35℃, 45℃）, effect of Herba ephedrae-ramulus cinnamomi original decoctions and i ngredients can promote rat sweat. Conclusion Ambient temperature can affect drug Herba ephedrae-ramulus cinnamomi and its diaphoretic effect component.
