红色诺卡氏菌高压均质破壁的研究

摘　　要：采用高压均质机对红色诺卡氏菌进行破壁处理。通过单因素试验,探讨均质压力、温度与循环方式、菌体浓度对其效果的影响。初步结果表明:高压均质破碎红色诺卡氏菌细胞壁适宜的工艺条件为:压力2250bar,控温25℃,循环次数3次,细胞浓度10%。using high-pressure homogenization machine of Nocardia rubra cell wall breaking treatment. Through the single factor experiment, to investigate the effect of homogeneous pressure, temperature and circulation, and its effect on the cell concentration. Preliminary results show that： the high pressure homogenization process conditions of Nocardia rubra cell wall suitable for： pressure 2250 bar, temperature 25 C, 3 cycles, the cell concentration 10%.
