摘　　要：以苏建科(2007)217号文件指导方针为依据,介绍了电力仪表的特点及选型方案,电力仪表的通讯功能,使其可以组成后台电能管理系统,实现很多强大的功能,并以实例验证了电力仪表在建筑节能计量中的应用。Based on the guideline of （2007） No.21 7 document of Jiangsu Construction Department, this paper introduces the characteristics and selection scheme of power meter and its communication function, making it compose a background energy management system to realize many powerful functions, verifying the application of power meter to building energy-saving measure.
