摘 要:电池箱是动力电池系统的核心部件,是保证动力电池及其内部器件安全的屏障。本文基于Proe进行三维建模,采用Ansys Workbench对电池箱在颠簸路况极限载荷下的结构强度,进行有限元分析及优化设计,使箱体的应力分布更为合理,达到提高箱体结构强度的目的。通过模态分析,研究了电池箱在自由状态和预应力状态下的固有频率和振型,结果表明,电池箱的前6阶频率均大于路面激励频率,抗震性能良好。Battery box is the core component of battery power system, which can ensure the safety of the battery and other components. Based on Ansys Workbench, structural strength of the battery box under the limit load has been analyzed, which makes stress distribution of battery box more reasonable. Furthermore, the modal analysis has been carried out on the battery box in the free state and prestressed state, the natural frequencies and mode shapes have been obtained.the results indicate that first six frequencies of the battery box are larger than the road excitation frequency, seismic performance of the battery box is well.
