摘　　要：NOD样受体是细胞内模式识别受体中的一个重要家族，是抵抗病原体入侵第一道防线的重要组成部分，可以通过激活核因子wB和丝裂原活化蛋白激酶通道、自我吞噬和类型1干扰素应答的参与，引起大量促炎因子的产生，在COPD的发病和急性加重中发挥了重要作用。本文就NOD样受体存COPD中的研究进展作一综述。NOD-like receptors is an important family of intracellular pattern recognition receptors and thc key component of the first defense against pathogen attacks,NOD-like receptors can induce the massive generation of proinflammatory factors through the activation of NF-kB and MAPK channels, autophagy and the participation of 1 IFN response. It has played an important role in the pathogenesis and acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The review aimed to summarize the research progress of NOI〉like receptors in the COPD.
