摘　　要：β-防御素-2是固有免疫应答的重要组成成分，是-类可诱导性的抗菌肽，抗菌谱广，对革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌、真菌、分枝杆菌、非典型病原体和包膜病毒都具有-定的抵抗作用。关于β防御素-2的生成机制虽然尚未完全阐明，但大量研究表明与上皮细胞表达的Toll样受体密切相关，本文就β防御素-2与Toll样受体关系的研究进展作一综述。β-defensin 2 （BD-2） is an important component of the innate immunity,which is also an inducible antimicrobial peptide. It has a broad spectrum of activity against Gram-positive and Gramnegative bacteria as well as against fungi, mycobacteria, atypical pathogens and enveloped viruses. Although the exact mechanisms are unknown,numerous studies have shown that it is related to Toll-like receptors （TLRs） which are expressed on epithelial cells. This article summarizes current knowledge of the relationship between BD-2 and TLRs.
