摘　　要：目的：调查上海市徐汇区人工流产妇女生殖健康知识现状及影响因素,为完善医院流产后计划生育服务提供依据.方法：2013年7～11月,对徐汇区4家医院836名行人工流产的妇女进行面对面问卷调查.结果：调查对象生殖健康知识得分为（8.27土3.52）分;避孕方法使用回答得0分20人（2.39％）,不同年龄、文化程度、职业的调查对象得分不同,而未婚妇女得分与其年龄和文化程度呈正相关.调查对象重复人工流产率为58.4％,与女方年龄（x2=27.77,P＜0.05）、文化程度（x2 =23.29,P＜0.05）、男方的文化程度（x 2=10.90,P＜0.05）有关,且女方年龄越小、文化程度越低,男方文化程度越低,重复流产率越高（P＜0.05）.结论：人工流产妇女生殖健康知识较少,知识知晓情况与年龄、文化程度等相关,应规范流产后计划生育服务,根据人口特征开展有针对性的计划生育宣传教育.Objective： To explore the current status of reproductive health knowledge among women seeking induced abortion in order to provide the evidence for improving quality of service in postabortion family planning. Methods： A crosssectional survey was conducted among 836 women （15 to 45 years old） seeking induced abortion in 4 hospitals in Xuhui District of Shanghai. Results： The respondents＇ scores of reproductive health knowledge were low and the average score was 8.27 ＋ 3.52. The awareness of appropriate contraceptives was low, which was relevant to the age, educational level and occupation. The positive correlation was found between the awareness of contraceptive and age as well as the educational level in unmarried women. The recurrent induced abortion rate of the respondents was 58.4 %, which was related to the educational level of their partners （X2= 10.90,P〈0.05）besides their age （X2= 27.77 ,P〈0.05） and the educational level （x2 = 23.29, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The postabortion family planning services in hospitals should be normalized. Meanwhile, an involvement of male partner should be advocated. The publicity education of family planning should be carried out according to the characteristics of population distribution.
