摘 要:对钢铁企业自备电厂的烟气余热资源及主要利用方式进行了对比分析。在此基础上针对选取的某典型案例,提出在锅炉尾部加装低温省煤器回收烟气余热加热凝结水设计改造方案,一方面回收了锅炉的排烟余热,另一方面提高了汽轮机抽汽效率,同时结合工程约束条件展开热经济性分析计算,对钢厂燃用煤气锅炉尾部烟气的余热回收利用进行了深入探讨。研究结果表明,经改造后排烟温度降低近50℃,每年增加发电量约106.7万kW·h,折合节约购电资金100多万元,直接经济效益显著,对钢铁企业的余热利用系统的优化设计和工程应用具有一定的参考价值。Residual heat resources and their major utilization methods in the owned power plant of iron and steel company were analyzed and compared.On this basis and considering a selected typical case,a low temperature economizer,which could recover the residual heat of the flue gas,was adopted at the rear of the boiler to heat the condensed water.Consequently,on one hand,the residual heat of the exhaust gas was fully recovered;on the other hand,the turbine extraction efficiency was significantly improved.Moreover,thermal economic analysis was conducted given the certain engineering constraints,and in-depth discussion of the flue gas residual heat recovery of the gas boiler in the iron and steel factory was presented.The results show that with the abovementioned retrofitting measures,the exhaust flue gas temperature is reduced by about 50 ℃,while the annual power generation is increased by 1 067 000kW·h,saving 1million RMB for power purchase,which shows the remarkable economic benefit brought by the proposed method.To a certain extent,valuable ideas for the optimization and engineering application of the residual heat recovery system in iron and steel companies can be provided.
