摘 要:针对高炉煤气吸收法脱碳富集,实验研究了复合有机胺溶液对CO2的解吸特性。分别研究了吸收CO2达到饱和的二元复合有机胺DEA-DETA、DEA-TETA、MDEA-DETA、MDEA-TETA溶液的解吸曲线。结果表明,与DEA溶液相比,DEA-DETA溶液解吸速率峰值提高约33.6%,对应的解吸温度下降约4℃;DEA-TETA溶液解吸速率峰值提高约26.8%,对应的解吸温度相近。与MDEA溶液相比,MDEA-DETA溶液在70.1-77.8℃温度区间内解吸速率有所提高,MDEA-TETA溶液在66.9-90℃温度区间内解吸速率有所提高。4种复合有机胺溶液的解吸速率峰值分布为:7.533mL/s(MDEA-TETA)〉6.806mL/s(MDEA-DETA)〉5.603mL/s(DEA-DETA)〉5.317mL/s(DEA-TETA);解吸速率峰值对应的解吸温度分布为:90.3℃(DEADETA)〈90.9℃(MDEA-DETA)〈91.8℃(MDEA-TETA)〈94.6℃(DEA-TETA)。In order to concentrate blast-furnace(BF)gas by adsorption,an experimental study on the CO2 desorption characteristics of complex organic amine was carried out.Four kinds of complex organic amine solutions,for example DEA-DETA,DEA-TETA,MDEA-DETA,MDEA-TETA,were investigated.The experiment results show that,comparing with the DEA-solution,the complex solution of DEA-DETA owns higher maximum-desorption-rate with a promotion of 33.6% and lower corresponding desorption temperature with a decrement of about 4℃;the complex solution of DEA-TETA has higher maximum-desorption-rate with a promotion of 26.8% and similar corresponding desorption temperature.Comparing with MDEA-solution,both of MDEA-DETA and MDEA-TETA have higher desorption-rate when their temperatures are respectively between 70.1-77.8and 66.9-90 ℃.The results also show that,the maximum-desorption-rates of those solutions are in order of 7.533mL/s(MDEA-TETA)〉6.806mL/s(MDEA-DETA)〉5.603mL/s(DEA-DETA)〉5.317mL/s(DEA-TETA);the corresponding desorption temperatures are in order of 〈90.3 ℃(DEA-DETA)90.9 ℃(MDEA-DETA)〈91.8 ℃(MDEA-TETA)〈94.6 ℃(DEA-TETA).
