摘　　要：网络环境下,私有数字资源已成为重要的社会信息资源,具有长期保存的价值。全面发挥私有数字资源长期保存的价值,需要科学有效地管理,其中,明确私有数字资源长期保存的管理主体是关键所在。而管理主体的确定存在一定的复杂性,应根据私有数字资源所有权的转变具体而论。但无论谁是管理主体,都必须承担相应的管理责权。Under the environment of the network, private digital resources have become important social information resources with the value of the long-term preservation. It needs going on the scientific and effective management if private digital resources make full play to the value of the long-term preservation, and it is the key point that ensuring the management main body of the long-term preservation of private digital resources. However, it exists the complexity to confirm the management main body, which should be decided according to the transformation of the ownership of private digital resources. Nonetheless, whoever is the management main body, it should undertake corresponding management rights and obligations.
