摘　　要：随着大数据时代的到来,数据监护对于图书馆科学数据的管理和数字资源的长期保存至关重要。图书馆应构建基于生命周期理论的数据监护系统,从处理流程、质量控制、数字资源保存策略和可信数字资源仓储平台4个方面完成图书馆的数据深度监护,确保数据资源安全、高价值、可控和易用,为读者提供个性化的大数据阅读服务。With the coming of the big data era, the data curation is critical to the scientific data management and the long preservation of the digital resource in the library. The library should constract the data curation system based on the Life Cycle Theory, and make the deep data curation from four parts： the processing flow, the quality control, the preservation strategy of the digital resource, the trusted storage platform of the digital resource, it could ensure the security, the high value, the controllability and the easy using of the digital resource, and provide the personalized big data reading service for readers.
