摘 要:[目的]为了研究甜瓜ABA与活性氧清除酶间是否存在关联。[方法]从20份薄皮甜瓜资源中筛选出耐冷性强的品种低温处理后检测ABA、MAD含量以及POD、SOD、APX、CAT活性。[结果]ABA含量降-升波动,但含量变化不显著。在低温胁迫最初几小时内,POD、SOD、APX活性上升,CAT下降。在低温处理24 h后,POD活性仍持续上升,而其他酶活性基本都呈下降趋势。[结论]甜瓜ABA对冷胁迫不敏感,与活性氧清除酶活性相关性也不十分密切。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study whether ABA was correlated with reactive-oxygen-scavenging enzymes in melon. [ Method ] The chilling index of 20 thin-skin melons was studied and the contents of ABA and MAD were manipulated, and the activities of POD, SOD, APX and CAT were tested. [ Result] ABA content was increased after decreased periodically, but had no significant change . The activities of POD, SOD and APX were increased and CAT decreased in first hours under chilling stress. After 24 h chilling treatment, POD activity continued to increase, and other enzymes activities decreased. [ Conclusion] ABA wasn't sensitive to chilling stress and was less relevant with the activities of reactive-oxygen-scavenging enzymes in melon.
