摘　　要：[目的]测定对比高寒地区引种栽培试验的12个桑树优良品种桑叶营养成分含量。[方法]对引进栽培试验成功的12个桑树优良品种及小叶桑秋雨采集叶片进行成分含量测定。[结果]高寒地区引种成功各品种桑叶营养成分含量差异较大。[结论]为进一步研究桑叶产品开发提供了理论依据。[ Objective] An experiment was done to measure and compare the nutrient content in Mulberry leaves from 12 varieties introducedfrom alpine region. [ Method ] The component content in Mulberry leaves from 12 good varieties introduced successfully and Morus australis- Qi-uyu were measured. [ Result] The difference of nutrient content in these Mulberry leaves is quite big. [ Conclusion] A theoretical basis was pro-vided for further development of Mulberry leaves.
