摘  要:[目的]利用红三叶草固态发酵物饲喂肉仔公鸡,分析红三叶草固态发酵物对其免疫机能的影响。[方法]选用1日龄健康艾维茵肉仔公鸡600只随机分为5组,在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.2%、0.3%红三叶草固态发酵物(RSF)和红三叶草提取物,研究发酵红三叶草对肉仔公鸡免疫机能的影响。[结果]28日龄,0.1%RSF组肉仔鸡T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应比对照组分别提高9.1%和8.3%(P<0.05)。在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.3%RSF和红三叶草提取物均能显著提高肉仔鸡的胸腺指数(P<0.05)。在基础日粮中添加0.1%RSF能显著提高49日龄肉仔鸡的脾脏指数(P<0.05)。在基础日粮中添加0.1%RSF和红三叶草提取物均显著提高22日龄肉仔鸡的法氏囊指数(P<0.05)。[结论]该研究可为利用米曲霉固态发酵红三叶生产饲料添加剂提供理论依据。[ Objective ] The male broilers were fed with red clover-solid state fermentation to analyze their effects on the immune functions ofmale broilers. [ Method] 600 one-day-old healthy male Avian broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups. 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3% red clo-ver-solid state fermentation (RSF) and red clover extract were added in the basal diet to study the effects of red clover-solid state fermentationon the immune functions of male broilers. [ Result] The proliferation rates of T and B lymphocytes 28-day-old broilers in 0.1% RSF group in-creased 9.1% and 8.3% than that in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The thymus index of broilers could be significantly increased by adding0. 1% ,0.3% RSF and red clover extract in the basal diet ( P 〈 0.05 ). Adding 0.1% RSF in the basal diet could significantly increase thespleen index of 49-day-old broilers( P 〈 0.05 ). Adding 0.1% RSF and red clover extract in the basal diet could significantly increase the fab-ricius index of 22-day-old broilers (P 〈 O. 05 ). [ Conclusion ] The research could provide theoretical basis for producing feed additives withsolid-state fermentation products of red clover with Aspergillus oryzae.
