板蓝根多糖的制备及其对鸡新城疫Lasota疫苗的免疫效果研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究自制的板蓝根多糖对鸡新城疫弱毒疫苗的免疫效果。[方法]将120只健康AA肉仔鸡随机分为板蓝根多糖组、黄芪多糖组以及生理盐水对照组,研究板蓝根多糖对鸡新城疫Lasota疫苗的免疫增强作用。[结果]板蓝根多糖组和黄芪多糖组鸡NDV血凝抑制抗体滴度差异不显著,而板蓝根多糖组和黄芪多糖组鸡的免疫器官指数都显著高于生理盐水对照组。[结论]制备的板蓝根多糖可以用作鸡新城疫弱毒疫苗的免疫增强剂。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the immune effects of self-prepared polysaccharide of Isatis root on the attenuated vaccineof chicken newcastle disease. [ Method ] 120 healthy AA broiler chicken were randomly divided into Isatis root polysaccharide group, Astraga-lus polysaccharide group and normal saline control group. The immune-enhancing effects of Isatis root polysaccharide on Lasota vaccine ofchicken newcastle disease were studied. [ Result] HI antibody titer of chicken NDV had no significant difference between Isatis root polysaccharide and Astragalus polysaccharide group. The immune organ index of broilers in Isatis root polysaccharide and Astragalus polysaccharidegroup was significantly higher than that of normal saline control group. [ Conclusion] The prepared polysaccharide of Isatis root could be usedas the immune enhancer of attenuated vaccine of chicken newcastle disease.
