摘　　要：结合实验教学经验,分析了"小液流法"测定植物组织水势的影响因素以及实验过程存在的不足,并提出改进办法,旨在改善教师教学效果,提升学生实验能力。Combined with experimental teaching experience, the influencing factors for determination of plant tissue water potential by smallfluid flow method and existing shortcomings were analyzed, the improvement measures were put forward, so as to improve teaching effect andstudents＇ experiment ability.
