摘　　要：目前国内医院信息系统(HIS)、医疗图像存储与通信系统(PACS)大部分都是独立运行和管理。由于两个系统的工作方式存在巨大差异,且都有自己的数据库管理系统,因此,对两大系统的集成造成了很大的困难,给医院信息的统一管理带来了不便,造成了很大的人力和物力浪费。因此,有必要在两个系统之间搭建一座"桥梁",作为系统之间信息共享的网关。鉴于医院现有信息系统的特性,本文在医学数字成像与通信标准(DICOM3.0)、卫生信息交换标准(HL7)的基础上构建了一套PACS/HIS集成系统,论述了该系统的主要功能和现实意义。实践证明,该系统能较好地解决目前医院信息管理中的一些问题问题,也为远程医疗发展提供一个可探寻的方向。At present, the hospital information system （HIS） and the picture arehiving and communication system （PACS） are mostly run and managed independently in our country. There are big differences between the two systems with their own database management systems, causing great difficulties for the integration of the two systems and inconvenience for unified manage- ment of hospital information, which has resulted in great profligacy of manpower and material resources. Therefore, it is necessary to build a ＂bridge＂ as a gateway of sharing information in these systems. In view of the characteristics of the hospital＇s existing information systems, this paper constructed a PACS / HIS integration system which was based on the medical digital imaging and communications standards （DICOM3.0）, health information exchange standards （HL7） to discuss the main features of the system and the practical significance. The objective fact has proved that this system can solve the current hospital information management problems much better, and explore the direction of the development of telemedicine.
