摘　　要：目的研究中医药序贯疗法标本兼治治疗哮病患者情况。方法治疗组患者采用三步序贯法;在哮病急性发作期,口服寒喘舒片、热喘舒片等,"外治"施以穴位贴敷(温金膏或清金膏)或穴位结扎术;在哮病缓解期,口服安喘舒片或四季康饼干,予新穴位治疗术。结果改善了患者的临床症状,如喘息、咳嗽、咳痰、哮鸣等,改善了患者的肺功能,从而降低了年均急性发作及年均住院次数。结论标本兼治三步序贯法防治哮病是有效的,能够减少复发,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy in treatment of pa-tients with asthma. Methods Patients treated using a three-step sequential method; disease in acute exacerbation of asthma, asthma Shu Han oral tablets, tablets and other hot breath Shu medicine,＂ foreign rule＂ imposed acupoint application （warm golden cream or clear gold cream） or point ligation; in disease remission, oral An asthma or seasonal Kang Shu-chip cookies and give point injection nuclear casein, placenta or Astragalus injection. Results The improvement of the clinical symptoms, such as wheezing, cough, sputum, whistling, etc. to improve the patient＇s lung function, thereby reducing the annual acute episodes and an average number of hospitalizations. Con-clusion Treating the symptoms and prevention of asthma disease-step sequential method is effective , can reduce relapse and improve the quality of life of patients.
