后危机时代国际货币体系改革探析——基于SDR发展经验的分析

摘　　要：文章回顾了SDR发展的历程,从其并不成功的经验来看,SDR并没有成为世界主要储备货币。从SDR本身缺陷、国际货币制度等角度来分析,目前SDR未能成为世界主要储备货币是有其原因的。限制SDR成为主要国际货币的因素,也是目前世界货币体系现状下,超主权世界储备货币难以实现的原因。只要SDR面对的制约因素仍然存在,那么新的超主权世界储备货币也很难突破这些制约。Review the course of development of SDR, from its unsuccessful experience, SDR has not become the world＇s main reserve currency. From the point of view of the defects of the SDR, and international monetary system, currently SDR which failed to become the world＇s main reserve currency has reasons. Limits of SDR to become a major international currency, under the present situation of the world monetary system, is also the constraint of a new super-sovereign re- serve currency of the world. As long as these constraints still exist, a new super-sovereign reserve currency of the world is hard to transcend these constraints.
