摘　　要：本文以北京美立方小区项目和天津万科锦庐园项目为例,分别介绍了这两套太阳能集中-分散供热水系统的基本组成、结构特点及运行性能,从而显示它们在城市高层住宅中应用时所具有的使用经济、管理便捷、利益均衡、安全可靠、建筑协调等诸多优点。Taking the Beijing Merry Cube Community Project and the Tianjin Vanke Chinoise Park Project as examples, this paper introduced two sets of solar collectiveindividual water heating system's basic composition, structure characteristics and operational performance, thereby displaying their many advantages, such as economic use, management convenience, interests balance, safety and reliability, construction coordination, etc. when they are applied in high-rise residential buildings in the city.
