摘　　要：通过对晋城矿区煤层气行业发展的外部环境、行业情况及内部状况的分析研究,得出由其外部环境形成的机会和威胁,内部状况引发的优势和劣势,运用SWOT分析法,得到适应晋煤集团煤层气产业发展,具有本企业特色的煤层气发展战略。With an analysis and study on an external environment, industrial condition and internal status of the coal bed methane development in Jincheng Mining Area, the occasion and threats occurred from the external environment and the advantages and disadvantages occurred from the internal condition were obtained. With the application of a SWOT method, a coal bed methane development strategy was obtained suitable to the development of the coal bed methane in Jincheng Coal Group and with the enterprise features.
