摘　　要：目的评估来该院生殖中心初诊的不孕不育夫妇男性精液质量，为临床诊疗提供参考依据。方法选择2011年11月至2012年6月来该院生殖医学中心初诊的2043对不孕不育夫妇男性，对精液参数进行统计分析，并以年龄分组，分析比较各组精液参数。结果精液常规检查结果中，精液参数均正常占53.6％（1096／2043），无精子症占4.7％（96／2043），至少有一项精液参数低于参考值下限的占41.7％（851／2043），其中异常精液参数主要以精子形态异常（57.9％，493／ssl）为主。各年龄组异常精液参数的发生率不同，〈50岁组以精子形态异常的发生率最高，≥50岁组则以精液体积异常的发生率最高。精液体积及精子总数的异常发生率与年龄呈显著正相关。各年龄组问精液体积、精子总数、精子活动率和前向运动精子百分率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），且与年龄呈显著负相关。结论男性精液盾号与年龄呈负相关，但其与生育力的相关性有待进一步探讨。Objective To investigate semen quality and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Collecting and statistically analyzing the semen routine examination results of 204～3 men in preliminary di- agnostic infertile couples from November 2011 to June 2012. Then divided into six groups according to the age,and parameters of each were analyzed. Results For all tested men,53.6% had normal semen parameters,4%. 7% azoosper- matism,41.7% had at least one abnormal parameter which was lower than the lower reference limit. For abnormali-ties,abnormal sperm morphology accounted for 57.9%. Different age groups had different incidence of abnormal se- men parameters that 〈50 years with the highest incidence of abnormal sperm morphology and ≥50 years with ab- normal semen volume. The incidence of abnormal semen volume and total sperm number had significant positive cor- relation with age. Further, there were significant differences among different age groups in semen volume, total sperm number, sperm motility and progressive sperm motility which had significant negative correlation with age. Conclusion It was showed that the semen quality had significant negative correlation with age.
