聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗未生育妇女宫颈炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨聚甲酚磺醛溶液在未生育妇女宫颈炎的疗效。方法将192例宫颈炎患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组的患者每晚用聚甲酚磺醛溶液1／5oo冲洗阴道，用阴道填塞活性碳棉栓沾取原液约10S，深度5mm，然后将其放入阴道内，深度约60mm，早上将其取出。对照组的患者单纯用爱宝疗栓治疗。两组的治疗时间同为25d。结果治疗组的治疗效果明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论未生育妇女用聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Policresulen Solution in treatment of civilities for tempora- rily infertile women. Methods 192 patients of civilities were divided into two groups： treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group cleaned their vagina at night with a douche of policresulen solution with water at a ratio of 1/500. It was followed by inserting into the vaginal with a depth of about 60mm a vaginal carbon cotton plug which was dampened undiluted policresulen liquid with depth of 5mm for about 10 seconds. The plug was re- moved in the morning. Period for treatment and observation was 25 days. （P〈0.05）. Results The treatment group achieved significantly better result than the control group did. Conclusion The policresulen solution treatment is worthy of recommendation and promotion.
