超声诊断主动脉及其分支夹层动脉瘤

摘　　要：目的探讨超声在主动脉及其主要分支夹层动脉瘤中的诊断价值。方法对2011年2月至2013年10月该院收治经超声检查确诊的20例主动脉及其主要分支夹层动脉瘤的超声表现进行回顾性分析。结果本组20例经超声检查确诊为夹层动脉瘤，均经手术或CTA、DSA等检查得到证实，无误诊漏诊。结论超声检查夹层动脉瘤具有无创、便捷和准确等优点，可作为检查夹层动脉瘤的首选方法，对临床诊断及选择治疗方式提供重要依据。Objective To explore clinical effect of ultrasound in diagnosis of Aorta and its main branch dissec- ting aneurysm. Methods Sonographic findings of 20 patients with dissecting aneurysm during February 2011 and Oc- tober 2013 in our hospital by ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 20 patients were diagnosed as having dissecting aneurysm by ultrasound ,and were confirmed by surgery, spiral CT arteriography（CTA）and digital subtraction angiography（DSA）. No misdiagnosis was reported. Conclusion Ultrasound is a non-invasive, accurate, convenient and effective way as the first option in diagnosis of dissecting aneurysm. To provide important basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
