摘　　要：鲁班以其丰富的创造发明、深厚的文化承载,以及由此形成的独特的精神信仰,对中华民族性格形成产生了深远而持久的影响。鲁班精神的内涵包括开拓创新、质量至上、勤奋好学、造福桑梓等要素,挖掘和传承鲁班精神具有重要的当代价值和教育意义。鲁班精神对建筑类高校学生创新实践能力的培养、职业素养教育具有重要启示,鲁班精神对建筑类高校校园文化建设具有指导和推动作用。Luban has been doing a profound and lasting impact on the Chinesecharacter,with its rich inventions,profound cultural bearer,and a unique spiritual belief.Luban spirit includes innovation, quality first,be studious,the benefit for their homeland,which indicates the contemporary value and meaning of education through research andinheritance significance of Luban Spirit. Luban Spirit has the important enlightenment onthe construction of university students’innovative practical ability and vocational qualityeducation,which also has a role in promoting and guiding to the construction of campusculture.
