摘　　要：中华全国道路建设协会主要通过发行《道路月刊》参与民国市政。该会大力制造市政革新舆论,发行路市政专刊专著以备市政参考,提供市政咨询并介绍市政人才,维护市政主权等。这些市政参与活动着实开启了民国初年市政革新之风,启动了中国现代城际交通,促进了民国城市公共交通事业发展,促使中央政府作出了一些促进市政改良的决策,引导地方市政当局开展市政革新,从而对近代中国城市化做出了特殊的贡献。The participation of the China National Road Construction Association in municipal administration was mainly through the publication of its magazine The Road Monthly. The Association propagated municipal reform,published articles and books on road construction and municipal administration,provided related consultative service and introduced specialists,and maintained municipal sovereignty. All these activities practically initiated an atmosphere of municipal reform in the early years of the republic China,piloted modern inter-city traffic,promoted the development of urban public transport,precipitated the central government's decision making on the improvement of municipal administration,and guided local governments' municipal reforms,and thus made special contribution to modern China's urbanization.
