淮河文明与其他大河文明的比较及启示

摘　　要：淮河文明和其他大河文明一样,其形成得益于优越的自然环境,其衰落与外力入侵、人类过度开发与破坏自然大有关系。与其他文明相比,淮河文明有两大不同点,一是其发生发展深受黄河文明和长江文明的影响,二是它的衰落与黄河的南侵直接相关。大河文明兴衰的互相比较对目前淮河的治理和环境保护有重要的启示意义。Like the other river civilizations,the rise of the Huaihe River civilization is a result of the superior natural environment and its decline is caused largely by outer invasion and human beings' overexploitation and destruction of nature. Compared with other river civilizations,the Huaihe River civilization is deferent in two aspects:firstly,its birth and development is deeply influenced by the Yellow River and Yangtze River civilizations; secondly,the decline of Huaihe Rive civilization is directly related to the southern invasion of the Yellow River. The comparison of the river civilizations gives important enlightenment to the governance and environmental protection of the Huaihe River.
