摘　　要：在对互联网金融发展模式进行全面梳理的基础上,本文重点就我国互联网金融发展特点、存在的风险及其系统传染性进行研究,最后就如何规范互联网金融发展提出相关对策建议。Based on the overall analysis on the internet finance development patterns, the paper focuses on a research on the development characters, existing risks and its systematic infection of the internet finance in china, and puts forward relevant counter- measures about how to regulate the development of the internet finance at last.
