摘 要:目的分析计算机X线摄影(Computed radiography,CR)技术在新生儿床旁胸部检查中的应用价值。方法收集四川大学华西第二医院儿科病房和重症监护室2008年4月-2011年5月的1251例新生儿床旁胸部CR图像,其中男713例,女538例,年龄(10.7±0.7)天。由5名专业人员按照评级标准分析评价CR照片,统计出甲、乙、丙、丁及废片率,根据结果分析影响图片质量的主要因素。P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结果本组胸部CR图像中,甲级片1033例(82.6%),乙级片199例(15.9%),丙级片17例(1.4%),丁级片2例(0.1%),废片为0(0%)。218例CR图像质量较差,其中曝射条件所致占61.0%(133例),由于放射科工作人员标记失误占8.7%(19例),照射野不完整占21.2%(42例)。χ2检验统计结果显示:新生儿床旁胸部CR胶片质量失误与患儿性别无关(χ2=1.41,P>0.05)。结论新生儿床旁胸部CR摄像质量较高,放射科技师应具备高度责任心和熟练摄影技术,以减少辐射对患儿的危害。【Objective】To analyze the clinical value of computed radiography(CR) technology in the neonatal bedside chest photography examination. 【Methods】Collected 1251 cases of neonatal in pediatric wards and intensive care units of our hospital who underwent bedside chest CR examinations from April 2008 to May 2011, including 713 cases of male, female 538 cases, the age ranged from 3 days^17 days, the average age was 10.7±0.7 days. These CR photographs were analyzed according to certain standards by five professionals which were graded A, B, C, D and the waste chip and summed up the cause of poor quality of chest CR images by SPSS 17.0 software. It was considered statistically significant when p was less than 0.05. 【Results】In this group of Chest CR images, Grade A were 1033 cases(82.6%), grade B were 199 cases(15.9%), Grade C were 17 cases(1.4%), grade D were 2 cases(0.1%), waste chip were 0 cases( 0%). There were a total of 218 cases of CR imags in poor quality,low-resolution images accounted for 61.0%(133 cases), the images wrongly marked accounted for 8.7%(19 cases), the incomplete of radiation field accounted for 21.2%( 42 cases). 【Conclusions】It was a good quality images of bedside chest CR examinations of neonatal, radiographers should have a high sense of responsibility and the skilled photographic technology to reduce the hazards of radiation on children.
