蓝科肤宁和复方达克宁霜联合治疗婴儿尿布皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察蓝科肤宁联合复方达克宁霜治疗婴儿尿布皮炎的疗效。方法将符合尿布皮炎入选标准的160例门诊患儿随机分为两组,每组80例。单一治疗组给予复方达克宁霜外用(2次/d);联合治疗组在此基础上加用蓝科肤宁(3次/d),局部湿敷15 min/次,疗程均为5 d。观察两组疗效。结果单一治疗组有效率为58.75%,联合治疗组有效率为81.25%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蓝科肤宁联合复方达克宁霜治疗婴儿尿布皮炎疗效确切。Objective To observe the curative effect of velvetfeeling combined with compound nitrat ointment in the treatment of infantile diaper dermatitis. Methods A total of 160 infants, who met the standard of diaper dermatitis, were randomly divided into two groups, and each group contained 80 cases. Single treatment group received compound nitrat ointment for external use （2 times/d）, while combination treatment group was treated with additional velvetfeeling （3 times/d） through local hydropathic compress for 15 min/time for 5 d. The curatve effects of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of the single treatment group was 58.75%, and that of the combination treatment group was 81.25%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of velvetfeeling and compound nitrat ointment has precise effect in the treatment of infantile diaper dermatitis.
