摘　　要：风电工程可研阶段设计时,应根据委托方提出的设计要求及提供的设计原始输入资料,依据《风电场工程可行性研究报告编制办法》规定的内容深度要求,提前进行策划,编制工程设计计划,做好设计组织管理工作,实现工程可研阶段设计工作质量、进度及成本三大目标的统一。其中,专业间互提资料计划是工作计划中关键线路中的关键工作,要重点进行策划、计划、组织、控制、协调等方面的管理工作。During wind power project feasibility design stage, according to the owner＇s requirements and raw datas, based on Wind Power Project Feasibility Study Report＇s Compilation Method to plan advanced, we should prepare engineering design schemes,to complete the work＇s organization and management, to realize the unity of three major goals of project feasibility design work： quality, progress and investment. Among the work plans, data plan between professions is a key part in planning, and should be focused on management of the planning, coordination, control.
