摘　　要：对钣金展开图中常见的三通管件圆柱表面展开的Lisp二次开发命令的优点及必要性进行了分析,给出了两个相交圆柱面的展开及相贯线算法的参数公式和开发步骤,开发出了三通管件三视图及圆柱表面钣金展开图的绘图命令;该命令由基于参数化绘图方法的Lisp程序和基本尺寸参数输入对话框的DCL程序实现,同时列出了基本尺寸参数的输入条件和根据不同参数绘制出的4种典型图样.The advantages and necessity of lisp secondary development command was analysed in this paper,which is applied to draw drafts of intersecting cylinders＇ surf development and projective views.Parametric formula and producing steps of two cylinders＇ intersecting curve were given,without which surf development drawing couldn＇t be completely made out;Lisp and DCL programs of the command were written and compiled,as a result the command was created.Some specific application cases were discussed and four types of drawings were delivered which are based on different corresponding basic dimensions＇ entry.
