摘　　要：生产实习是电类专业人才培养的重要环节。围绕电子产品设计开发能力的培养,以开关电源为工程案例,从拓扑演进入手,结合Altium Designer软件,探索生产实习改革的基本方案,通过实践改善专业实践效果,促进工程型人才的培养。Production practice is an important part of engineering talent cultivating for electrics-related specialties, however, current practice can＇t achieve its aims well. In order to promote students＇ design development capability, teaching reform is explored and introduced in details, which bases on switching power supply＇s applying, starts from topology evolution, assisted by Altium Designer, and results in design and technique of flyback LED driver. As a result, students＇ design capability and development efficiency are promoted, and more innovative engineering talents are cultivated.
