摘　　要：先进典型的可接受性是先进典型教育取得良好教育效果的保障。先进典型教育需要重视在选树、宣传、学习、引领中的可接受性,让先进典型因可接受而深入大学生的内心,让大学生在先进典型的感召与示范下,真正起到激励、引领作用,不断提高道德修养与学识水平,获得全面发展。Acceptability determines the educational effect of advanced models .Colleges and universities must attach great importance to their acceptability to college students w hen they select advanced mod-els ,broadcast their deeds and guiding students to follow their examples so students can truly be moti-vated and led to constantly improve both their self -cultivation and academic achievement .
