摘  要:为了阐明壮苗培育与营养液浓度及施肥方法的关系,以K326为试验材料,研究了不同营养液浓度及施肥时间和次数对烟苗生长的影响。结果表明:在小十字期时施第1次肥料,对烟苗生长最为有利;在一定范围内,随着营养液浓度及施肥次数的增加,烟苗的株高、茎围和鲜重呈增大趋势;采用氮素浓度为600 mg/kg的营养液施肥2次,烟苗6叶1心时的株高和茎围都可达到壮苗要求,并且可减少水生根生长。In order to find out the relation between strong seedlings cultivation and nitrogen concentration,the time and the frequency of fertilization,the effects of different concentration nutrient solution,fertilization time and frequency on growth of flu-cured tobacco seedlings were studied in the floating system with K326.The results showed that the optimum for the first fertilization time would be the period of two true leaves stage,and the tobacco seedlings height,stem girth and fresh weight showed a trend of increase with the increasing of concentration of nutrient solution and fertilization times.We also found that not only tobacco seedlings height and stem girth achieved the seedling standard in the six-leaf-1-heart,but also aquatic invalid root growth were reduced,if we took the concentration for 600 mg/kg of nutrient solution 2 times.
