摘 要:建设项目竣工环境保护验收监测的工况控制是验收监测的重要组成部分,决定着监测数据的准确性和代表性。目前工况控制的具体内容和方法尚不太完善,联系实际分析验收监测中工况控制的总体要求,从工作时数的核定、产品产量的核定、全过程的工况控制、污染防治设施的工况控制、锅炉窑炉的工况控制、噪声监测的工况控制等方面对工况控制的方法、要求进行总结和探讨,并提出关注产能过大的问题。Run - process control of environmental protection acceptance check monitoring of construction project completion is an important part of acceptance check monitoring. It determines the accuracy and representation of monitoring data. Currently the specific content and methods of run - process control is not perfect yet, general requirement of acceptance check monitoring run - process control were analyzed based on reality. The requirements and methods of run - process control were Summarized and dis- cussed from verify working hours and production volume, and run - process control of total process, pollution prevention facilities, boiler, kiln and noise monitoring. The over capacity issue is presented in this paper too.
