自体表皮移植术联合卡泊三醇治疗白癜风的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对前期已完成的自体表皮移植术联合卡泊三醇治疗白癜风临床观察的患者进行随访,以获得其疗效及不良反应等资料。方法:68例白癜风患者随机分为两组,自体表皮移植术组33例和自体表皮移植联合卡泊三醇组(联合组)35例,随访观察期6个月。结果:联合组总有效率为89.6%,自体表皮移植术组总有效率为74.7%,联合组疗效明显优于自体表皮移植组。两组均无明显不良反应。结论:自体表皮移植联合卡泊三醇对白癜风自体表皮移植后出现的色素再生缓慢,长时间不扩大色素斑,和移植成活区域之间色素融合不佳形成色素斑驳不均有明显疗效,且不良反应轻微。Objective：To follow up all the patients who had be cured with the treatment of autologous epidermal grafting combined with Calcipotriol Ointment Cream,and collect the material of curative effect and adverse affect.Method：68 cases of vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups,autologous epidermal grafting group with 33 cases and autologous epidermal grafting combined with Calcipotriol Ointment Cream group（combination group） which had 35 cases.All cases were followed up for 6 months.Result：The total effective rate of the combination group and the autologous epidermal grafting group was 89.6% and 74.7%,the combination group was better than the autologous epidermal grafting group.There was no serious adverse reaction.Conclusion：The autologous epidermal grafting combined with Calcipotriol Ointment Cream has better effective with the problem which was common after the surgery of autologous epidermal grafting,such as the pigment regeneration is slow,the pigment do not expanding for a long time,and the pigment is motley.The adverse reaction is slight.
