Objective:For early detection of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease,to evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound examination in the lower extremity arterial disease in diabetic patients.Method:89 diabetic patients and 89 healthy subjects for the study.Using color Doppler observation of lower extremity arterial whether plaques, stenosis and occlusion, and then measuring the change in hemodynamic parameters.Result:The diabetic group were detected plaque, stenosis and occlusion in lower extremity arterial were significantly higher than the healthy group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05),especially to check the detection rate differences of the two groups of patients with plaque was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Diabetic group was lower extremity arterial plaque formation to the anterior tibial artery and superficial femoral artery was most significant, stenosis often occured in the dorsal artery, anterior tibial artery occlusion with the most obvious. Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound can be effective early diagnosis of lower extremity arterial disease in patients with diabetes, early prevention and treatment of diabetic foot are significant, and no trauma, and good repeatability worthy of clinical application.
